Frommer's Review
If you're in the International District anytime between 10am and 4:30pm and want to sample the best dim sum in Seattle, head for the House of Hong, which is at the uphill end of the neighborhood in a big yellow building. All the little dumplings, pot stickers, and stuffed won tons are done to perfection -- not too greasy, not too starchy, with plenty of meat in the fillings. Try the whole fried shrimp, crunchy on the outside and moist and flavorful on the inside. There's lots of variety, so pace yourself and keep an eye out for whatever looks particularly appetizing. If you're driving, don't pass up the House of Hong's free parking.
