Frommer's Review
Seattleites seem to be crazy about Vietnamese food these days, and restaurants serving traditional pho (noodle soup) seem to be popping up everywhere. The Pho Than Brothers chain, which has 10 restaurants around the region, is one of the most reliable of these noodle shops. Try the chin nam, which is made with beef brisket and flank steak. Other convenient Pho Than Brothers restaurants can be found in Ballard at 2021 NW Market St. (tel. 206/782-5715), and in the University District at 4207 University Way (tel. 206/633-1735).
