This hotel, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is in the heart of the Pioneer Square historic district, Seattle's historic art gallery and nightlife neighborhood. As such, things get raucous on weekend nights, and this hotel is only recommended for guests accustomed to dealing with street people and noise. However, if you're in town to party (or to attend a Mariners or Seahawks game), it's is a good option. Guest rooms are fairly small (some are positively cramped) but are furnished in an attractive classic style. Be sure to stay aware of your surroundings on neighborhood streets late at night.
