The restaurant at The Edgewater hotel on Pier 67 always had a great view—the glass-walled room opens out to a narrow patio overlooking Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains—and now it has fine dining as well. The food is locally sourced and usually organic. Menus change with the seasons, but you can never go wrong with the cedar plank king salmon, baked in a traditional Native American way. You can also order unadorned fish and meat selections. The quality is high, and so are the dinner prices (lunch is significantly less expensive; and if you want a good lunch to go, order the Deli Board Bento Box with soup and your choice of sandwich for $18). Six-Seven is a destination restaurant and great for a romantic dining experience.
