Frommer's Review
Conveniently located yet secluded and with views of the red rocks and frontage on an Oak Creek swimming hole, this stylish boutique hotel offers the best of both worlds here in Sedona. This hip resort may seem like an odd fit for a town that has long boasted of its cowboy heritage, but the minimalist decor and Zen-inspired style are a welcome addition to the Sedona hotel scene. From the outside, the hotel fits right in with the red-rock surroundings, while inside, bold splashes of color contrast with black-and-white photos. Guest rooms all have balconies or patios, wonderful pillow-top beds, and furnishings in black and red. The resort's dining room draws on interesting flavor influences from around the globe. Try to arrange for a sunset dinner while you're here. The resort recently added a spa.
