24km (15 miles) NW of Innsbruck

Seefeld, a member of Austria's "Big Three" international rendezvous points (along with Arlberg and Kitzbühel) for winter-sports crowds, lies on a sunny plateau some 1,052m (3,451 ft.) above sea level. This is the town that hosted the Nordic events for the 1964 and 1976 Olympic Winter Games and the 1985 Nordic Ski World Championships.
