Frommer's Review
Shanghai's most well-known vegetarian restaurant has over half a century of experience and has grown a bit stodgy -- not to mention greasy -- in its old age. Its renown still counts for something, though, as crowds continue to pack in here for the suji (vegetarian chicken), suya (vegetarian duck), and other mock imitations of fowl, pork, seafood, and traditional Chinese dishes, all cleverly made from tofu and soy products.
