Enough good cannot be said about this highly accomplished restaurant serving up the best nouvelle Shanghai cuisine in town. This branch, located on the eighth and ninth floors of one of Pudong's more popular shopping complexes, sees its traffic influenced more by the mall crowd (the mall closes at 10pm), but the food here is of a similarly high quality as its Puxi counterparts. Its succulent and tender pork dishes, and the cold and lightly salted ox tongue appetizer, can turn even the most diehard vegetarians into carnivores.
