The classy Manifesto draws many, but not all, of its well-heeled customers from its sister restaurant Mesa next door. Designed to be your regular neighborhood bar where you'll feel free to kick up your heels and down a few Brazilian cocktails, Manifesto's deep soft cushion banquettes encourage doffing the shoes and stretching out. Exposed ceiling pipes, long drapes, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a well-stocked bar lend this place a cool, trendy vibe. Best of all, you can order tapas and sinful chocolate desserts from the restaurant. Daily 4pm to 2am.
