Perched atop 18 on the Bund, Bar Rouge, with its glamorous vibe, great views, grand terrace, and creative cocktails, is the bar of choice for Shanghai's beautiful jet set glamming it up on velvet couches. Late at night, international DJs ratchet it up a notch. With a weekend (Fri-Sat) cover charge of ¥100 ($13), even if you forget your Gauloises, someone there should be able to bum you one. Monday through Friday 3pm to 2am (to 4am Fri-Sat); Saturday and Sunday brunch noon to 4pm.
