This cafe's interior couldn't be more basic: wood floors, simple wooden tables and chairs, white walls, exposed beams. But the brief, seasonal menu -- relying on local, organic ingredients -- presents intensively complex flavors, such as the miso-glazed salmon. A range of steaks -- from filet to rump -- are offered, and the seafood options only get better, with ceviches and a seasonal raw bar.
