Frommer's Review
Owned by the manager of the Yak Hotel, the Manasarovar is tidy and well run. Staff is well trained and foreigner-friendly. Simple and functionally furnished rooms have polished wooden floors and even sport potted plants. While the dormitories and communal showers are the cleanest in Tibet, the asking price is ludicrous. The breakfast and lunch buffets in the attached Nepali restaurant are recommended.
