Planning a TripGetting There By Car -- Take the E45 northeast to Frederikshavn. From there, head north on Route 40 to Skagen. By Train -- Several trains a day run from Copenhagen to Århus, where you connect with another train to Frederikshavn. From Frederikshavn there are 12 daily trains to Skagen.
