With its corrugated metal walls and glowing ceiling illuminated by red neon lights, this restaurant is one of the hippest dining spots in Spokane. The menu is just as hip as the setting with a contemporary blend of the lively flavors of Asia and the classics of Europe. Think tempura asparagus with ginger aioli and truffle ponzu sauce; seared yellowfin tuna with red curry-coconut sauce; and Hawaiian-style grilled flat-iron steak. However, despite the Asian flavorings, it's the chipotle-glazed meatloaf that most people rave about here.
