Small and elegant, and located only two blocks from The Davenport Hotel, Wild Sage is one of Spokane's best and most creative restaurants. While the menu has a few unexpected dishes on it, including a tasty rabbit hash, you'll also find plenty of updated and upgraded comfort foods. Fried green tomatoes might come topped with crab, crispy calamari might be accompanied by kim chee, and calf's liver might be prepared with apple-wood-smoked bacon and Walla Walla sweet onions. Best of all, the entrees all come with tasty little popovers. Yum!
