This charming theater, founded in 1989 by the talented jazz musician David Goloschekin, is decorated, like most everything in St. Petersburg, in the grand Imperial style. It's set up like a nightclub, with little tables rather than rows of seats, and you can get light snacks and drinks while you listen. Jazz concerts by Russian stars as well as traveling international acts take place Wednesday through Sunday nights at 7pm. Like most concerts in Russia, particularly in St. Petersburg, they're ritzy affairs, so dress up. Tickets must be paid for in cash.
