Follow the noble tradition of a black caviar tasting, made up of three 10-gram servings and accompanied by either the Tsarskaya vodka or champagne. The food, as you might expect, is highly traditional: beef Stroganoff, which comes highly recommended; ukha (fish soup), served with homemade bread; olivye salad, composed of potatoes, meat, pickles, and onions in mayonnaise; and various fritters made of a variety of meats and seafood.
