Somewhat of an accidental tourist in these parts, Collage (formerly La Parisienne) is a welcome respite from all the nearby Americana. The creative menu includes tasty dishes including the wild mushroom and crab cheesecake appetizer -- a blend of cream cheese, Parmesan, and smoked Gouda with sautéed shitake mushrooms, crab, roasted peppers, and onions; and a fantastic Florida bouillabaisse. The restaurant also serves homemade ice cream and a sinful Bougainvillea Dessert of strawberries sautéed in butter and black pepper, homemade vanilla bean ice cream, and a cabernet vanilla sauce served in a leaf-shaped phyllo cup.
