Warpool Court Hotel

This hotel, a 5-minute walk from the heart of the city, is the town's premier address, far outdistancing all competitors. A country house overlooking the sea, it is privately owned and set amid secluded gardens of great natural beauty. The vine-covered structure overlooks one of the most beautiful coastal stretches in Wales. Originally the cathedral choir school, it has been successfully transformed into a hotel with a courteous staff. Most of the rooms are midsize to spacious, and some are large enough for families. The more expensive rooms offer sea views, and the least expensive units have shower and sink but no toilet. Asa Williams, who lived here early in the 20th century, decorated some 3,000 tiles, which are positioned throughout the house.
