This is one of the best brewpubs in the Rockies, and it owes as much as its appeal to its creative menu and stylish décor as it does to the beer. The menu has burgers and creative pub grub like Thai baby-back ribs, as well as a number of “dipping entrees.” Order up Yucatan pork tenderloin, citrus sea scallops, or Vietnamese tofu and your pick of sauce—options range from mango salsa to wasabi cream to smoked tomato demi glace. Of the house beers, I'll have an Alpenglow, a rich amber ale that goes down especially smoothly after a day on the slopes.
