One of Colorado's slickest brewpubs, this modern restaurant is more than a simple brewpub -- it boasts a full bar with an extensive wine list in addition to its own microbrews, and the chef draws from all corners of the globe to offer a unique combination of flavors. Choose your entree -- maybe Thai baby back ribs or maple-glazed chicken, or blackened salmon, then choose two sauces ranging from salsa to apple chutney to wasabi cream. Once the order arrives, the dipping begins: The more the tastier, as sharing and double dipping are encouraged. For the less adventuresome, Mahogany Ridge also offers several soups, salads, sandwiches, and burgers; plus fish and chips, fried chicken, and an unusual and delicious chipotle chicken potpie. There's even a kid's menu and live music -- ensuring that there's truly something for everybody here.
