Mahogany Ridge Brewery & Grill

This modern restaurant is one of Colorado's slickest, and more than a simple brewpub -- it boasts a full bar with an extensive wine list in addition to its own microbrews, and the chef draws from all corners of the globe to offer a unique combination of flavors. Choose your entree -- maybe maple-glazed chicken, or tandoori-spiced yellowfin tuna, or garlic-sage crusted buffalo; then choose two sauces, ranging from salsa to apple chutney to wasabi cream. Once the order arrives, the dipping begins: The more the tastier, as sharing and double-dipping are encouraged. For the less adventuresome, Mahogany Ridge also offers several soups, salads, sandwiches, and burgers, plus fish and chips, fried chicken, an unusual and delicious chipotle chicken potpie, and even a kid's menu. Live music also plays on weekends. There's really something for everyone here.
