This handsome eatery is definitively Western, from its decor -- macho but swank, with peeled-log columns, the requisite taxidermy, and a stout river-rock fireplace -- to its carnivore-oriented menu. Lunch brings burgers, wraps, sandwiches, and salads, but dinner is the main event, featuring juicy steaks, wild game dishes like elk chops and buffalo sirloin, and a few barbecue, poultry, and fish dishes. Full liquor service is available.
