Frommer's Review
This is my favorite cheap meal in St. John's. This storefront restaurant has just five tables, and all the dinners are priced at less than C$8 (US$6), which includes a decent mound of food. You'll usually have a choice of four or so dishes. Smart money gets the basic curry. Also recommended is the very satisfying mango milk shake.
