Some of the best and most savory Italian-inspired cuisine is served at this waterfront bistro, which opens onto the beach at Cruz Bay. The lunch menu features lighter fare, including minestrone, Caesar salad, and pizzas (including one made with roasted vegetables). During dinner the menu becomes more elaborate with a selection of antipasti, including pear, Gorgonzola, and toasted walnuts over baby greens, plus the usual selection of pizzas. Savory main dishes include the likes of a rosemary-marinated chicken breast in a soft polenta or seared pepper-crusted tuna steak with crushed peppers. Our favorite pasta is the linguine with loads of clams in a garlic broth.
