Frommer's Review
On the grounds of Ottley's Plantation Inn, the Royal Palm is a favorite, serving St. Kitts's most creative and most innovative cuisine. It also has a colorful setting: Gaze through the early 19th-century stone arches to the ocean on one side, and Mount Liamuiga and the inn's veranda-ringed great house on the other. The menu changes daily. If they're available, you may start with roasted vegetable torte or chile-flavored shrimp corn cakes. The lobster quesadillas, made with local lobster, are worth crossing the island to sample. Main courses are impeccably prepared, especially the French roast of lamb and the breast of chicken Molyneux with almonds, country ham, mozzarella, and mushroom stuffing.
