Owner-chef Dino Jagtiani not only brings us Rare at the Atlantis Casino, but he also tempts our palates with Temptation. Chances are you'll be seduced by his inventive menu that bursts with flavor and freshness. Each dish is an original such as the grilled peach salad that uses hydroponic garden greens tossed with rosemary-flavored fresh peaches, candied pecans, and blue cheese. How about a hot and cold soup in the same bowl -- chilled avocado gazpacho and Cuban-style black bean soup? Tandoori "quack quack" may have a silly name but is actually a delectable wedding of ingredients -- tandoori-spiced duck breast with a coconut chile chutney along with a candied tamarind sauce and a vegetable biryani. An audacious dish is the caramelized onion-crusted Atlantic salmon with eggplant fondue and Italian sausage. If all this weren't enough, the chef also offers the island's best wine list and to-die-for desserts such as cheesecake featuring white chocolate ganache and toasted coconut/peanut ice cream, or a wet chocolate cobbler with macadamias and homemade pistachio ice cream.
