This 200-year-old shopping mall has lost its aristocratic elegance and become a jumble of cheap clothing stalls, seedy gaming halls, electronics markets, and lowbrow bars and cafes. It's slated for a cleanup, but in the meantime it has plenty of low-priced clothes, shoes, toys, and CDs. Watch your pocket.
