Frommer's Review
A 5-minute walk from the cathedral, this government-rated two-star hotel is a good deal. The former restaurant added rooms in the 1920s. In the 1990s, the property became a hotel and gained a modern wing. An inviting, unpretentious place, it offers quiet, comfortably furnished rooms decorated in either modern or Alsatian traditional style. Two rooms at the rear have a private terrace or balcony opening onto a view of neighboring gardens. Each room comes with a tidily kept, shower-only bathroom, but no amenities other than a phone (some have a TV). The breakfast room is decorated Laura Ashley-style -- well, except for the cuckoo clock.
Facilities:
Nonsmoking rooms; limited-mobility rooms
