Holiday Inn Stratford ReviewThis first-class hotel stands on ample landscape lawns on the banks of the River Avon near Clopton Bridge. Although it lacks the charm of the Macdonald Alveston Manor, as far as amenities go, this modern hotel is on the same level as the Welcombe. It's one of the flagships of Queens Moat Houses, a British hotel chain, built in the early 1970s, although it's actually run by the Holiday Inn people. Every room has a high standard of comfort.
