In the redbrick Troutman Building in the center of Kingstown, you'll find the extremely affordable Bounty serving the local workers. (The true power-lunch venue is Basil's, recommended above.) Fill up on pastries, rotis (Caribbean burrito), sandwiches, homemade soups, pastas, quiche, and pizza. The cooking is as simple as the surroundings. A tasty collection of juices includes passion fruit. An on-site gallery and gift shop sells works by local artists.
