Venture behind this historic pub and you'll find a courtyard strung with tables, benches, and large barbecues. Choose your own steak, lemon sole, trout, chicken, or pork, and throw it on the "barbie." It's fun, it's filling, and you might even make some new friends while your meal's sizzling. Some Sydneysiders think A$27 (US$21/UK£11) is a bit pricey, but then again you are eating in prime real estate land. You may even experience an off night, when the salads don't look all that fresh, and the service is barely existent, but there's no excuse if you burn your own steak.
