Recognized as one of Sydney's premier restaurants, Otto boasts lush designer appointments and dim lighting that make it popular with local celebrities and socialites. Outside it's all light and breezy, with nice views of a boardwalk and some harbor water. Menu possibilities include roasted rack of pork with fennel and pork sausage, braised red cabbage, and balsamic peaches; or the veal wrapped in pancetta with fresh fig and polenta. For dessert I recommend the Campari and grenadine poached pear, which is simply out of this world.
