Internet -- Your best bet is Internet Train, via Roma 122 (tel. 0931-468797), lying on Ortygia Island. It offers 21 computers with fast connections, charging 4.30€ ($5.15) per hour. Open Monday to Saturday 10am to 9pm. Soft drinks and hot coffee are also available.
Luggage Storage -- A kiosk in the train station along Via Francesco Crispi is open from 7am to 10pm, charging 4€ ($4.80) per piece.
Medical -- In case of medical emergency, Guardia Medica, Traversa Pizzuta 20 (tel. 0931-484629), is open Monday to Friday 8pm to 8am, Saturday and Sunday 2pm to 8am. The regular hospital is the Ospedale Umberto I, Via Testaferrata (tel. 0931-724111), near the end of Corso Gelone.
Pharmacy -- The Farmacia Zecchino, Viale Zecchino 199 (tel. 0931-783384), is open Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 1pm and 4:30 to 8pm. A list of pharmacies open at night is posted in the window.

Post Office -- The post office is at Riva Posta 15 (tel. 0931-796011), open Monday to Friday 8am to 6:30pm, Saturday 8am to 12:30pm. There is also a currency exchange here.
