Be sure to stop into the Nosztalgia coffee shop at this museum of desserts for a slice of authentic Dobos torta, a sumptuously rich layer cake named after pastry chef József Dobos, who experimented with butter frostings in the 19th century. The success of his recipe was immediate, and he was quickly appointed the official baker for the Habsburg emperor. Dobos's formerly secret recipe book and photographs of the man himself are on display upstairs in the cafe. This place tends to get crowded in the summer, but it's worth the wait.
