Frommer's Review
Opened in 1968, this is one of the most respected artisanal shops in Tangier and is very easy to locate. All of Morocco's crafts are for sale here -- ceramics from Fes and Safi; leatherwork from Mnarrakech; carpets and rugs from the Atlas mountains; thuya woodwork from Essaouira and the Souss; and lamps and lanterns from all over. Open daily 9am to 7pm.
