The offbeat decor at "Mr. Ribs" includes old photos of Mexican and international performers and a ceiling decked out with an assortment of cultural curios (note the festive dangling skeletons). Several tiny balconies hold minuscule tables that afford a view of the plaza and church, and they fill up long before the large dining room does. The broad menu features steaks, sandwiches, barbecue chicken, shrimp, and spareribs, as well as desserts and an extensive selection of drinks.
