This yoga retreat combines two separate resorts, one on the beach and one in the hills. Both are ecofriendly and run as nonprofit organizations. Seminars and healing programs are presented here by an assortment of experts. Restaurants at both resorts offer a buffet of seafood and vegetarian dishes. Smoking and alcohol are frowned upon.
