A new, very expanded version of downtown Tel Aviv's little Agadir Burger Bar/Restaurant on the Nahlat Binyamin Pedestrian Mall, which is famous for the best burgers and the most inventive toppings in town, this branch has groupings of eclectic sofas and easy chairs as well as more standard tables, which in good weather spread into an outdoor deck. If you eat here during the day, or before the place morphs into its bar incarnation at night, the menu includes tempura shrimp, spicy North African merguez sausages, salads, and chicken soup with veal dumplings. The hamburgers, in varying sizes, can be topped with additions such as portobello mushrooms; spiced goose breast; assorted herbs, spices and chile butter; goat cheese; or guacamole. The nightly bar scene is young and busy.
