Frommer's Review

The Adiv, with gleaming, public areas faced with polished, rose-colored stone, is one of the most attractive moderately priced hotels in town. The location is excellent, on a side street half a block from Ha-Yarkon Street and the beach. Standard rooms are small and simple, but bright and modern -- for a bit more money, a larger junior suite might be worthwhile. Most rooms are located toward the back of the building, where the blare of traffic is somewhat muffled. A nice perk is free coffee in the lobby. The staff is very attentive. Note: When reviewed, the hotel announced it was adding new studios with kitchenettes.
