The best restaurant in town serves tempting dishes for discriminating palates, often visitors from Palermo, who know of this place's charm and attractively priced cuisine. Sicilians claim that the waters of Termini Imerese make the best pasta in Sicily, and they may be right: We still recall a memorable spaghetti marinara with shrimp, mussels, and -- as an added surprise -- pistachios.
