Naturally, most guests order the fish of the day, which can be simply grilled or else served in a delectable fondue with six homemade sauces. Begin perhaps with the local version of gazpacho, going on to such Creole-inspired dishes as shrimp cooked in coconut milk. You compose your own salad from a choice of ingredients. French music is played in the background if you want to linger, sipping Calvados imported from Normandy.
