The eats are tantalizing and geared to the smallest or largest of appetites, running from such sandwiches as the combination of roasted lamb, pickled red onions, and baby arugula to plates of charcuterie, cheese, and savory tarts -- simply keep ordering until sated. Brix, by the way, is named for the inventor of a refractometer used to measure the sugar content of grapes.
