Frommer's Review
A relaxed atmosphere with reasonable prices, quick service, and convenient parking make this a good choice in Rapid City. There is a wide selection of Chinese dishes, but it's hard to beat the Mongolian beef, sesame chicken, or Hunan shrimp.
