An Fulacht Fia ReviewThis gorgeous little restaurant overlooking Galway Bay has a reputation that extends much further than the fringes of Ballyvaughn village. But the food served here is local -- almost everything's sourced from within the Burren itself -- and the end result is a creative and finely judged menu. Typical dishes may include pistachio-crusted Burren rack of lamb served with juniper berries and thyme jus, or hazelnut-coated salmon filet with creamed leeks and citrus butter.
