This newcomer has quickly caught fire as the Hamptons' hottest bistro, attracting celebs -- Billy Joel and Joy Behar were there the night I was -- and making reservations sometimes hard to come by. If you can, get a table in the back for a more relaxed atmosphere. The menu offers traditional bistro fare that is as simple as the decor, with only a few selections each night. Steak frites is a delicious (and excellent) choice, and salmon and flounder come tender and flavorful; many dishes are helped along with subtle doses of saffron.
