Owned by the National Trust, this working dairy farm, whose tenants are Ken and Janet Crocker, is located cliff-side, offering access to a beach called the Strangles, where swimming is best experienced during a rising tide. The hotel is housed in two stone buildings: two bedrooms in the 16th-century farmhouse and two in a separate house with views of a wooded valley. Accommodations are cozy and tidy. Although only one bedroom contains a TV, there is a cozy sitting room with a television for all guests to enjoy, a log fire, and a wealth of books. Meals feature English fare with a mix of international dishes.
