What to have for dinner tonight: Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, or Singaporean? If you can't decide, your best bet is Spring Rolls. The name may make you think its offerings are meager, but the multi-page menu will set you straight. Tenderly executed barbecued pork and fried shrimp dishes abound. Vegetarians don't have as many choices as you might expect, though there are a few top-notch vermicelli-and-veggie plates.
