All of those ladies who lunch can't be wrong. White-linened tables sit cheek by jowl, making this restaurant an eavesdropper's Eden. The service is among the best in the city. The menu is rich with classic dishes like bresaola salad (thinly sliced air-cured beef and asiago cheese atop a bed of arugula), and ravioli stuffed with veal and spinach. The wine cellar favors Italy, France, and California; it's constantly updated, so ask for recommendations.
