A banner in front brags "Best Cheap Eats With Class" -- and it's true. The menu roams around Asia, offering up excellent renderings of Pad Thai, Malaysian noodles, and Szechwan classics. There are some more creative entrees too, like the soft-shell crab curry with ginger sticky rice, and the Vietnamese pork chop rubbed with lemon grass and spices. There's also a menu for vegetarians. If you're on a budget, try Asia Republik's combo lunch: a salad, spring roll, rice, and entree for C$5.95 (US$5.70/£2.70).
