The "hidden tree" hotel is a secluded gem in the historic center by the seafront. For the price, the rooms are very well equipped (compact apartments, really), with ample bathrooms and a kitchenette in most units. The recently restored rooms have a sleek but charming feel, with hardwood floors, exposed beams, and modern art gracing the walls, with sophisticated touches such as stocked bookshelves. Beyond its convenient but quiet location and excellent wine bar/tavern downstairs, the most compelling reason to stay at the Albero Nascosto may be the friendly and genteel staff.
